Life, the Universe, and Everything.
(Mostly Harmless.)
Today my apartment building is getting a new paint job, which is pretty exciting. (Well, as exciting as watching paint dry, I guess...) It needed a new coat of paint, and I like the new color. We're going from various shades of blue-gray to tan, white, and black. Pretty sharp. I was a little concerned about how Tumnus would react to the noise and painters on our balcony, but he's been pretty good about it.
I think I really like the new NCIS spin-off. It's just a teensy bit clichéd and a little predictable but I'm watching because it's entertaining, because I love the original NCIS, and because Chris O'Donnell.
Hee. I also watched the first episode of "Three Rivers" last Sunday. Meh. Mixed feelings about that one. The only doctor-y type shows I watch regularly are "Scrubs" and (inexplicably) "Private Practice". So the only reason I watched "Three Rivers" was because of Alex O'Loughlin. I liked him in the slightly-cheesy-but-strangely-addictive "Moonlight", so I'm curious what he's going to do with this. And how long it's going to be on before it's cancelled.
Jeanie, I was watching my new DVDs of "Psych" season 2, and this little exchange made me think of you:
Juliet: "Detective Lassiter is literally on fire."
Shawn: "What kind of fire are we talking about? Michael Jackson in the Pepsi commercial fire, or misusing the word 'literally' fire?"
