Life, the Universe, and Everything.
(Mostly Harmless.)
Anyone seen those new Wendy's commercials where they're advertising their fish sandwich? There's this girl eating her sandwich and everytime she takes a bite she has this vision of a pristine arctic ocean, icebergs, the whole bit. Then we're informed that this isn't some mystery fish...it's North Pacific Cod. And there might be a choir of angels singing in the background.
Er, what?
Ok, I saw that episode of "Dirty Jobs". I have SEEN what that fish looks like both inside and out. And isn't that what they use for crab bait? Yeah. Pass.
This coming from someone who has eaten grilled eel and enjoyed it...
I had a sort-of-date last night. It was fun! I'd like to get together with this guy again, but we'll see what happens. I am definitely a ball's-in-his-court kind of girl, so it's up to him to contact me if he wants to meet up again. I hope he will...but if he doesn't, then I don't want him anyway.
By the way, I am pleased to announce that I remembered to spring forward. And I am also pleased to announce that no wormhole opened in the space-time continuum after we messed with the fabric of time and space.
